►个人简介
周星,韩国高丽大学博士,678体育食品学院副教授,食品碳水化合物与粮食深加工创新团队核心成员。主要从事淀粉科学与谷物加工方面的研究,受邀担任Molecules、Foods等期刊专刊客座编辑,是Carbohydrate Polymers、Food Hydrocolloids、Food Chemistry等20余本国际主流SCI期刊特邀审稿人。在Food Hydrocolloids、Carbohydrate Polymers等本领域国际权威期刊上发表SCI论文40余篇;以第一发明人获得国内发明专利授权13件,美国发明专利3件。主持国家自然科学基金青年及面上项目、江苏省自然科学基金青年项目、国家科技支撑计划项目子课题、国家重点研发项目子课题等科研项目,并为多家企业提供技术服务。
